Head of International Sales Nanotechnology (m/f/d)

  • Disciplinary lead for the German and functional lead for the international sales organization
  • Define the sales strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy focusing on continuous growth
  • Efficient cooperation with the Marketing, Product Management and Application and the GM’s in the matrix
  • Monitor actions and report to different stakeholders
  • Responsible for the yearly sales budget process incl. target alignment and bonus process
  • Degree in science, engineering or business studies (Dipl. / MSc) with good results
  • Minimum three years experiences with proven track record in leading an international sales organization
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in industries like nanotechnology, semiconductor, microscopy, laser
  • Willingness to travel regularly in Germany and abroad
  • Willingness for being present at the head office
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
