Global Commercial Director (m/f/d)
Our customer is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high value-added aluminium products and solutions. We design and manufacture advanced alloys and engineered solutions for a range of applications, such as cars, beverage cans, airplanes and more.

YOUR TASKS:
Program development, acquisition and execution 
  • Acquire and run programs considering the financial objectives
  • Improve the business after nomination of the programs by collaboration with advanced manufacturing engineering
  • Monitor projects and their KPIs concerning financials, timing and quality during project phase
  • Install one global consistent program and calculation procedure within all sales teams
Development of parts for future programs, programs in acquisition and running programs
  • Design the best competitive design solution for customers requirement specifications
  • Create KPIs for each legal, insurance or consumer protection requirement
  • Investigate the market for current and future requirements
  • Close collaboration with advanced industrial engineering and extrusion suppliers
  • Compare competitors solutions with internal solutions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or similar education
  • min. 10 years automotive background in projects management and sales
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design, engineering, simulation and testing for Automotive components
  • Excellent leadership skills to achieve best team results
  • Convincing, persistent, open minded and good communicator
  • Englisch and German languages (both fluent)
