Head of International Sales High-Tech-Machines (m/f/d)
The medium-sized company group with headquarters in North Rhine-Westphalia and sales and service locations worldwide, is recognised as a competent solution provider of highly complex machines and systems for the electronics-, semiconductor- and high-precision-manufacturing industries as well as for university research. YOUR TASKS:
  • Strategic and operational lead of the German and international sales organization.
  • Definition of the sales strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy focusing on continuous growth.
  • Efficient cooperation with Marketing, Product Management and Application and the General Manages of the branches worldwide.
  • Monitoring actions and reporting to the various stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the annual sales budget process incl. target alignment and bonus process.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in science, engineering or business studies (Dipl. / MSc) with good results.
  • At least three years of experiences and proven success in managing an international sales organization.
  • At least three years of sales experience in industries such as complex machines, nanotechnology, semiconductor, microscopy, laser or comparable.
  • Willingness to travel regularly national and abroad.
  • Willingness to be present at the head office in Dortmund (NRW) or at the location in Best (NL).
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
